_OUR CORE VALUES

  • We believe that customer service is just that - a service - and in order to provide the service we must be 'Servant Leaders', striving to meet and exceed the desires of our customers. If we do this everything else will fall into place.
  • We believe that small customers and small communities deserve the same degree of respect, effort and service that larger customers and larger communities are afforded.
  • We believe that we live in a world and economy that is in constant change and that we must not just react to change; we must anticipate it and embrace it.
  • We believe that we must "over deliver" and offer "better than expected" products, services and prices. "Good enough" is not good enough at Jenkins Enterprises.
  • We believe that we must offer unique and niche oriented products that our customers will desire and look forward to.
  • We believe that we must offer a full product line to ensure that our customers are given a choice and to ensure that they can put forward a proper presentation of merchandise.
  • We believe that we must be proactive in developing new products, expanding our customer base and growing our business with our existing customers.
  • We believe that honesty and integrity should drive all aspects of our business. We can replace a customer but we cannot replace our reputation.
  • We believe all people are valuable and precious. We will not discriminate based on race, creed, religious affiliation, gender, sexual orientation, economic status, or national origin.
  • We believe God has entrusted us with the stewardship of this company for the express purpose of making a positive impact on the lives of our customers, our vendors and our employees.
