Jenkins Enterprises prefers to ship FedEx and UPS. However, we provide customers the option to ship via collect and third-party shipping accounts. All orders ship FOB North Little Rock, AR.

Different products have different processing times. Most orders ship in 7 days but, during peak season orders can take as long as 2 weeks to ship.

No returns accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

Please check your shipment promptly. We request you report all damages, defectives, or shortages within 72 hours of receiving your shipment.

If boxes are damaged when delivered please keep the merchandise in the box and call Jenkins Enterprises at 800-844-2600. Save the box as the freight company may wish to inspect it.

Any product ordered incorrectly by the customer can be shipped back at the customer’s expense if it is still in the original packaging.
